Role Description

1. Create and update unique content for all digital and offline material in line with organizations theme

2. Optimize existing and new content according to SEO keywords

3. Create unique campaign related catchphrases and material

4. Design unique content for website, blog, newsletters, quarterly reports, etc.

5. Provide assistance to other teams for presentations, material, etc.

6. Create articles for external publications such as articles, posts, magazines, press releases, newspapers

7. Work with Graphic designer and manager to create awesome social media content

8. Assist in writing content for organizational development programs

9. Conduct research to inform content development and conceive new topics

10, Fact-check, edit, and proof company collateral and other written material,

11. Support the creation of standardized templates for external communication

12. Assist in the development of internal communication

13. Plan the content calendar along with content ideas, considering audience appeal.

Requirements

1. Interest in using words to change the world and help people in need

2. Good command over English grammar and usage of words

3. Superb communications skills, with a special flair for the written -word

4. Aptitude to learn new subject matter quickly

5. Outstanding judgment in tone, word choice, and sentence / paragraph structure

6. Capacity to internalize a corporate voice and produce work that reflects such a voice

7. Knack for making complicated topics understandable to lay readers

8. Highly developed sense of detail

9. Precision in adhering to style guidelines

10. Curiosity about / knowledge of best practices in blogging and other shareable digital content

11. Clear, concise and compelling copy writing and proof-reading skills.
