- The Marketing Coordinator supports the Director of Marketing's work with agencies, vendors, and technology partners to develop and implement innovative marketing and advertising solutions that deliver outstanding performance!
- Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator works closely with all departments, including sales, customer success, development, and operations.
Responsibilities :
- Works closely with marketing and the sales team to implement integrated strategies
- Reports on performance and delivery against plan and objectives
- Coordinates design, development, and production of sales collateral
- Sets up and executes e-mail campaigns based on provided strategy
- Sets up, executes, and oversees social media campaigns based on the provided strategy working with outside agencies and technology partners as needed
- Sets up, executes and oversees marketing automation in HubSpot
- Creating and developing basic wireframes for website UX/UI or in-platform changes to send to web and app developers
- Sourcing specific data sets in Google Analytics and exporting to Microsoft Excel or Google Data Studios
- Tests new website or in-app technology features in a staging environment pre-launch, ensuring accuracy
- Uploading blogs to WordPress and improving website SEO through metadata edits
- Coordinates vendor and partner projects, ensuring delivery and execution are on pace
- Provides timely and accurate KPI reports for weekly meetings with the supervisor
- Helps develop and proof sales and marketing materials by working with graphic designers
Required Education and Skills :
- BS/BA degree; in Marketing, or Communication
- SaaS product marketing preferred
- Experience with WordPressHubSpot experience required; certification a plus
- Google Analytics Certified or relevant expertise
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic campaign strategy, planning and reporting experience
- Strong computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Slack and MS Outlook
- Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Experience :
- Familiarity with Google Data Studios
- Familiarity with audience segmentation
- Coding experience is a plus
- Google Adwords PPC campaign management experience is a plus
- Digital marketing experience in programmatic, social, and/or search experience
- Experience editing web and media content
