FCML - Manager - Sales - Wood Floor (10-12 yrs)
Designation: Sales Manager- Wood Floor
Location: Mahalaxmi, Mumbai
Role Purpose:
A well presented, credible and professional person who is required to achieve and exceed sales targets by providing an excellent service to both trade and retail customers.
Principle Accountabilities:
- To achieve/ exceed sales targets.
- To create and maintain a loyal customer base through a continuous proactive approach, building rapport with customers and generating new and repeat business
- To provide a first class design service, with close attention to detail, whilst ensuring that products offered are in line with Group preferred suppliers
- Take total ownership of all enquiries/orders and ensure that all quotations, when raised, are followed-up
- To be aware of competitor activity and where appropriate feedback the information to the Branch Manager
- Customer Centric Approach & good in Relationship Management.
- Co-ordinate with interior designers and architects to ensure the optimum sales
- Candidate from wooden floor background would be Preferred.
