FCML - Manager - Business Development (11-20 yrs)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential architect offices to demonstrate our online platform and its benefits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, both principal and junior, in assigned offices.
- Conduct training sessions for the architect offices on the use of platform and its features.
- Collaborate with the sales team to pass on final sales leads and support the closing of deals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads and promote our online platform.
- Drive innovation and continuously improve the user experience on our online platform through feedback from architects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue
- Experience in the building and construction industry, specifically in the bathroom products space, is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Passion for technology and innovation and a keen interest in shaping the future of the building and construction industry.
- Knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint is a plus.
