Profile we are hiring :
- We are hiring for Sales Executive for Sultanpur(Delhi) for Tiles Division. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of FCML and drive growth for the company. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for growth, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities :
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Engaging, developing and maintaining contact with client, Architect & interior designers.
- Researching prospects and generating leads from the market.
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Conducting extensive research on competitors' products and services.
- Creating and overseeing marketing campaigns.
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.
- Participating in exhibitions and conferences when needed.
- Creating awareness of the products and services offered by the company.
- Ensuring the company meets the sales targets.
- Negotiating the deals with the clients.
- Taking feedbacks from the clients.
Requirements :
- MBA or equivalent master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, or a related field.
- Fresher or an intern with proven work exposure in the Tiles sales segment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Pleasing personality.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of various marketing tactics.
- Understanding and knowledge of Customer Relationship Management
- A result-driven and organized individual
- Demonstrate excellent leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Good negotiation, sales acumen and business development skills.
