Manager- Digital Marketing 

About The Role :

- The Digital Marketing Manager will provide vision and leadership for the strategic development of FatakPay's digital marketing landscape, ensuring the delivery of an excellent, stimulating and innovative digital experience to all of our prospect and stakeholder audiences.

- As an expert in your field, you will lead the enhancement of the company's digital channels through continuous development and enhancement of our digital presence including user experience (UX), content, SEO, CRM and mobile. Throughout, you will drive the brand through all communications and channels - maximizing reputation, recruitment and reach amongst our key audiences.

- The post-holder will oversee the development of core content and social strategies through their content team to enrich engagement, exercise synergies across marketing outputs and unlock potential content and social-led themes and campaigns.

You Will work with visual designer, product manager and our development team.

What We Expect From You :

- Managing SEM/ SEO/ Social Media Marketing budgets and Daily/Weekly/Monthly Activities.

- Achieve the targeted ROI for all Ad spends on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

- Process implementation, including defining and tracking programs.

- Optimization and bid management of PPC campaigns.

- Analyze Clicks and Conversion data, ad expenses and ROI

- In-depth keyword and audience research, Competition analysis, Web Site analysis.

- Creating multiple ad copies and split testing of campaigns across multiple advert groups

- Progress report of online marketing Campaigns.

- Create and upload copy and images for the organization's website

- Provide accurate reports and analysis to company management to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI)

- Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums

- Contribute to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns

- Develop and integrate content marketing strategies

Our Ideal Candidate :

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the digital marketing industry

- Ability to generate and analyze data

- Photo and video-editing experience

- Excellent written communication skills for producing high quality content

- The capacity to priorities and work across multiple projects

- Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas

- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

- Knowledge of existing and emerging social media platforms
