Creative Graphic Designer

Job brief

We are seeking a new graphic designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you'll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

Objective ofthis role:

The Graphic Designer job includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualising and creating graphics including illustrations, layouts and marketing collaterals. You'll be the one to shape the visual aspects of social media presence, branding, and more.

Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we'd like to meet you.

The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.

Responsibilities

- Study design briefs and determine requirements

- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

- Develop illustrations, ads and other designs using software

- Strong understanding of Branding

- Attention to detail

- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

- Work independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects

- Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities

Requirements and skills

- Proven graphic designing experience

- A strong portfolio of videos, illustrations or other graphics

- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)

- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.

- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles is a plus.

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Mass Media Advertising, BMS-Marketing, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.

- 1-2 years of experience in a creative design role (preferably with branding experience).
