FatakPay - Assistant Manager - Digital & Performance Marketing (2-5 yrs)
- Plan, design and execute online customer acquisition campaigns
- Scale and manage PPC and PPM campaigns across multiple channels like SMS, Whatsapp, Email, Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Plan and manage social media and content marketing campaigns
- Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams to plan and execute large scale marketing campaigns
- Measure, analyze, and understand marketing metrics to drive marketing decisions
- Manage SMS, Whatsapp, email lifecycles to nurture leads and engage with customers
- Edit / Write content for marketing collaterals such as ad copies, landing pages, etc.
- Have solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience.
- Possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
- Optimize marketing budgets to maximize Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and efficiently scale new customers
- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
- Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
- Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
- Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
What are we looking for?
B.Tech. or UG from a reputed institute required
Experience : At least 2 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing especially PPC
Competency :
- Experience in executing online customer acquisition campaigns at a large scale.
- Excellent working knowledge of ad platforms like Google Adwords, Display, Youtube, Facebook, ad networks, etc. including how to set up campaigns from scratch or modify existing ones
- In-depth understanding of the online marketing landscape to plan and execute strategies in affiliate marketing, search & display marketing, social media, and others.
- Knowledge of leading technology tools used for various marketing campaigns.
- Go-getter attitude, take complete ownership of the targets as well as delivery portfolio
- Market intelligence around best practices & current trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in close coordination with senior management on critical time-sensitive business initiatives.
