Job Summary :

- The Performance and Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, conversion, retention and revenue growth.

- This role involves a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels, analytics, and data-driven decision-making to achieve measurable results.

Responsibilities :

Campaign Strategy, Planning & Execution :

- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

- Identify target audiences, demographics, and segmentation for various campaigns.

- Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including but not limited to paid search,

display advertising, social media advertising, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and content distribution.

- Monitor budgets, bidding strategies, and ad placements to ensure optimal allocation of resources.

- Manage allocated marketing budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficient campaign execution.

- Monitor spending, make budget adjustments as needed, and ensure adherence to financial targets.

Data Analysis and Optimization :

- Regularly analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools.

- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, etc.

- Implement A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to refine campaigns for maximum effectiveness.

Reporting and Communication :

- Prepare regular performance reports, highlighting key insights, trends, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

- Clearly communicate campaign results, strategies, and progress

QUALIFICATIONS :

- 4-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in performance marketing roles at a D2C brand in fashion or beauty industry

- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

- Understanding of SEO principles and their integration into digital campaigns.

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts is a plus.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads certifications) are advantageous.
