Job Summary :

Being an Influencer Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns. You are expected to have an excellent communication skill, a deep understanding of social media trends, and the ability to forge strong relationships with influencers across various platforms. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and Implement Strategies: Create comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing goals and brand identity.

- Identify and Engage Influencers: Research, identify, and build relationships with key influencers, bloggers, and social media personalities.

- Campaign Management: Plan and execute influencer campaigns, including setting objectives, managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and ensuring deliverables are met.

- Content Coordination: Collaborate with influencers to produce engaging and brand-aligned content. Provide creative direction and feedback.

- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics and KPIs. Prepare detailed reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.

- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, influencer landscape, and emerging platforms to ensure strategies remain relevant and effective.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Product, Sales, and PR to align influencer marketing efforts with broader business objectives.

- Compliance and Guidelines: Ensure all influencer activities comply with legal guidelines and company policies, including disclosure regulations.

Preferences :

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or a related field.

- Previous work experience in fashion or similar industry would be an advantage.

- Need to possess a strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hindi & English)

- Proven ability to develop and manage relationships with influencers.

- Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative campaign ideas.

- Analytical skills to measure and report on campaign performance.

- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.

- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
