Role: Franchise Sales

Job Summary:
Franchise Sales will be responsible for planning and managing the franchising business of the Company and for offering continuous support to franchisees, to ensure the overall success of the franchisor as well as the franchisee.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for onboarding & developing franchisee partners and expanding business.
- Identify the potential Investors through leads provided.
- Present business plans with potential clients and negotiate terms and conditions of exclusive brand outlet franchisee agreement.
- Responsible for the sales process from initial solicitation through contract completion. Includes identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees and adherence to sales processes.
- Executes monthly and yearly sales objectives with regular tracking and progress reports.
- Works closely with the Management on strategic initiatives to achieve goals.
- Finalization of all Franchises & guiding them, explaining ROI to them, helping out to the franchise owner to set up the Store.
- Assist the prospective franchise partner on the progress stage till the place is operational.
- Serves as a liaison between franchises partner and company headquarters.
