Fashion TV - Executive - Search Engine Optimization (2-3 yrs)
Job Description :
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve the brand's organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant keywords and optimise website content accordingly.
- Optimise on-page elements, including meta tags, headings, and internal linking structure, to improve search engine visibility.
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics and make recommendations for optimization.
- Create high-quality, SEO-friendly content, including website copy, blog posts, articles, and press releases.
- Conduct content gap analysis and identify opportunities to enhance the brand's content strategy.
- Optimise content for target keywords, ensuring proper keyword placement and density.
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop engaging and visually appealing content.
- Identify link-building opportunities through outreach to relevant websites, influencers, and industry publications.
- Develop relationships with external websites and negotiate link placements and collaborations.
- Monitor and analyse backlink profiles, disavow toxic links, and report on link-building activities.
- Monitor and analyse website traffic, rankings, and other relevant SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
- Prepare regular reports on SEO performance, keyword rankings, and traffic trends.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance SEO performance.
- Assist in developing and executing PR strategies to increase brand visibility and enhance reputation.
- Write press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials.
- Coordinate media interviews, press events, and product launches.
- Build relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify industry trends, keywords, and strategies.
- Monitor competitor SEO activities and provide insights for optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven 2 years' experience in SEO, content creation.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, tools, and techniques.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Analytical mind-set and ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional team
