Fashion Consultant - Store Sales - Apparel (2-5 yrs)
We are currently hiring Store Executive/Fashion Consultant for an Clothing brand based in Bandra and Colaba
Key Responsibilities :
- Be able to drive sales and achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets
- Capable to learn and unlearn and relearn store practices
- Highly driven, energetic and being team player
- Sell, upsell and cross sell based on customer requirement
- Clearly communicate offers and listen to customer requirements before pitching products
- Build a great rapport with the customers to build loyalty and have recurring customer.
Report daily sales to HO
Requirements :
- Excellent Listening skills and Good Verbal Communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and People skills
- Excellent convincing abilities
Sales Skills :
- Selling to customer needs, Upselling / Cross Selling, Meeting sales goals
General Retail knowhow including but not limited to:
- KPIs (This is very important)
- Visual Merchandising
- General math skills
- Strong time management skills; ability to multitask effectively
- Goal-oriented with proven ability to get results
- Basic computer knowledge with Microsoft office knowledge
- Ability to and willingness to learn of the TSS culture, gain product knowledge and use it to their sales advantage.
