KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :-
- Candidate would be responsible for providing sales and services to the walk-in customers.
- Would be responsible for stock management / Merchandising / Replenishment.
- Would be arranging goods in their respective places accordingly.
- Greet the Customers & approach them by offering help & suggestions to them.
- Serve the customers in a polite way.
- Offer extra sales to increase the basket size & turnover.
- Be updated on Trends, Fashion & Products.
- Give time to time feedback to Brand Manager about customer needs & desired styles.
- Would be handling Cash Management & Stock Management.
- Would be responsible for Sales Target Achievement.
- Would be responsible for Visual Merchandising.
- Candidate would be handling Operations of the entire store.
- There will be no week-off on Saturday and Sunday, it will be between Monday to Friday.
- Candidates must be flexible regarding job time / days.
- Count the money when you take the cash box and ensure enough coins, collect money from the customers and cash up at the end of the day
- Take the responsibility for your cash balance.
- Execute cleanliness at the cash point and filling-up of bags, gimmicks etc.
- Ensure that your shop always looks the best by taking care of cleanliness in all areas, atmosphere and replenishment.
