What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):
Client Acquisition : Identify, approach, and onboard high-value clients such as boutiques, retailers, wholesalers, and corporate buyers.
Relationship Management : Develop long-term partnerships, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
Lead Generation : Proactively source new leads, follow up, and convert prospects into loyal clients.
Sales Strategy : Craft personalized pitches and proposals to close high-ticket sales and drive revenue.
Market Research : Stay ahead of fashion trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to maximize sales opportunities.
Ownership of Performance : Track and exceed sales targets, maintaining accurate sales records and forecasts for sustained growth.

Commission Structure:
- 8% - 20% commission on new orders (tiered by order value)

Who You Are (Ideal Candidate):
- Proven Experience in Sales (Fashion, Apparel, Jewellery, or B2B sales is a plus)
Exceptional Communication & Negotiation Skills - You can persuade and build rapport with clients at all levels.
Ownership Mentality & Result-Driven - You thrive in an environment where your efforts directly impact your earnings and success.
Self-Motivated - You have a passion for sales and a desire to drive your own success without micromanagement.
Comfortable with Digital Tools - Experience with CRM software, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and Email.
