Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Strategy

- Design and produce captivating AI-generated content for Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms, including images, videos, reels, and stories.

- Stay ahead of emerging trends in fashion, lifestyle, and social media, ensuring our content remains fresh, dynamic, and relevant.

- Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice, aesthetics, and messaging, while also encouraging audience engagement.

Content Scheduling & Optimization

- Plan, organize, and schedule content for seamless consistency and maximum engagement across platforms.

- Use performance metrics and feedback to refine content strategies and optimize engagement rates continually.

What We Offer:

Compensation Structure

- Base Salary: - 10,000 - 15,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).

Who You Are:

Proven Content Creation Experience

- 0-2 years of experience in content creation, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce industries.

- Proficiency in AI-based content creation across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms, with a strong understanding of AI tools for images and videos.

Creative & Trend-Savvy

- You are up to date with social media trends and have a keen understanding of what resonates with audiences across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

- A creative flair for producing engaging and on-brand content that captivates our audience.

Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented

- Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools (such as Later, Buffer, Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.).

- Strong attention to detail, both in content creation and analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies.

Self-Starter & Results-Driven :

- A self-motivated individual who thrives in a flexible, remote work environment.
