Key responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with partner fashion stores
- Play active role in engaging with store managers and team for smooth functioning of Fashalot in their stores
- Enrolling partner stores in Store Manager program for acquiring and retaining new and repeat customers
- Over achieve assigned sales target from partner stores
- Resolve store queries related to F-Cash redemption, user acquisitions
- Onboarding and training stores for acceptance of F-Cash, app functioning
- Placing marketing material in-stores
- Help stores maximize their potential and converting more walk-ins to purchases
Candidate's skillset:
- Pro Sales personnel, excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and Targets driven environment.
- Excellent convincing skills and passionate about the role and responsibilities
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any filed.
Candidate background
2+ years working experience preferred with retail/Internet/Ecommerce industry.
Self-motivated and problem-solving approach.
Willingness to go beyond the call of duty to get the job done.
Start-up zeal, and high ability to roll up the sleeves and execute.
