Farida Gupta - Associate - Customer Experience (3-5 yrs)
- A customer experience executive is responsible for keeping track of customer journeys, interacting with customers across channels and platforms, and coordinating with all internal stakeholders in order to keep fine-tuning the customer's experience.
Job Description :
- Manage Large Amounts of Calls and Emails, and Social Media, if Required.
- Identify and Assess Customer's Needs to Achieve Satisfaction.
- Handle Customer Complaints, Provide Appropriate Solutions and Alternatives Within the Time Limits; Follow up To Ensure Resolution
- Build Sustainable Relationships and Trust with Customers Through Open and Interactive Communication
- Provide Accurate, Valid and Complete Information by Using the Right Methods/tools
- Follow Communication Procedures, Guidelines and Policies
- Take the Extra Mile to Engage Customers
Knowledge, Skills and Other Characteristics
- Strong Customer Handling Skills on Phone and Email.
- Familiar with CRM Systems and Practices.
- Prior Experience with Freshdesk and Magento Would Be a Plus.
- Customer Orientation and Ability to Adapt/respond to Different Types of People.
- Excellent Communication Skills ( Both Written and Verbal ).
- Ability to Multitask, Prioritize and Manage Time Effectively.

Qualification and Experience :
- Proven Customer Support Experience of Minimum 3-5 Years
