Job Description :
- Helping clients with travel planning, business packages, vacation packages as well as travel advice & information.
- Make professional, accurate, cost effective travel arrangements to client provided excellent customer service.
- Conversion of a call into a sales call for inbound selling and thus generating revenue for the company
- Meeting targets while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Desired Profile :
- Candidate must have GDS knowledge.
- Must have experience of Travel sales in US.
- Candidate must have excellent communication skill.
- Handling queries from US, over calls and chats related to flights, hotel bookings, travel insurance & car transfers/rentals. Offering the best available deals and then converting them into Sales
- Willingness to work in 24x7 shifts
