About the opportunity :

This is a great opportunity as the candidate will get to working directly with the cofounders. This role will also give exposure to the startup journey from day one. With this role, the candidate will have a chance to grow rapidly with the organization.

Job Description :

- Manage all stages of the life cycle from inception to launch for the core product

- Ability to design and understand user journeys

- Maintaining a prioritized feature backlog, with internal buy-ins

- Designing wire-frames and Product Requirement Documents

- Work effectively with stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver new features

- Engage with the Leadership team to arrive at the right product strategy that delivers on the vision and business goals of FanPlay

- Define the strategic vision for a product and create roadmap

- Influence and strategize tech priorities through data-driven contributions

- Communicate ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, to all types of audiences and be able to write narratives, PR/FAQs, and other strategic documentation.

Job Requirements :

- 2+ years of demonstrated experience of developing products from concept to launch- preferably in a fast paced startup environment

- Strong academic background -preferably UG in engineering from tier -1 institutes or MBA from a top - tier business school India or abroad

- No bias/preference for Coding or development experience

- Experience in Product Lifecycle Management

- Passionate about using technology to solve real world business problems

- Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills.
