Retail Trainer for Fanatic Fashion (Retail)
Summary of Job Profile:
- Create and implement training programs for retail employees to teach them effective selling and customer service techniques and explain how to follow all company Protocols.
- In depth product knowledge and train employees how to demonstrate customer and resolve the employees doubts.
- Trainer will work closely with the Sales team and store managers to train the sales team members in being efficient at their job.
- Identify area of improvement and organize role play activities to simulate difficult client cases (e.g. how to overcome objections)
- Train the employees how to improve the sales and satisfied the customers and maintain the professional environment.
Requirements:
- Work Experience of minimum 3 years as a Trainer.
- Graduate in Business field is more preferable
- Candidates must be between 21 years to 45 years and have Retail Sales Training Experience.
