Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Functional :
- Accountable for achieving Sales Targets
- Planning and Managing the sales target of the sales team.
- Responsible for institutional sales and bulk orders
- Achieving set Branch Profitability / Zone Profitability and Branch Business Target/Zone Business target
- Ensuring, Training, Retention and Mentoring of Sales teams
- Provide Sales Demo and presentation to prospective customers
- Effective Co-ordination with Service Team to ensure high level satisfaction to end customers
- Supervise complete performance of the sales team
- Well versed with concepts of Corporate Communication, Sales, Consumer Buyer Behavior,
- Marketing Research, Sales Force Management, Marketing Management.
2. Behaviorall :
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, good analytical or problem solving skills.
- Ability to supervise staff and manage operational functions. Strong ability to plan and manage multiple projects.
- Proven experience in a Sales role, preferably in Education Industry
- Must be good at time management & should have the ability to handle projects independently, as well as collectively for the team.
