- Respond to retailer's inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain relationship with top retailers and resolve customer concerns.
- Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing retailer's concerns and resolving issues effectively.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Problem Solving :
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, selecting, and explaining the best solution, and expediting correction or adjustment.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
Data Management :
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Document customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file necessary documents.
Team Collaboration :
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service and share knowledge.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and suggest improvements.
- Work with the social media team to plan, shoot and deliver creative assets including videos at scale.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
