Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site role for an a Pre-Sales/Tele Sales Executive in the real estate industry plays a critical role in supporting the sales team by generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and providing essential information to potential buyers. This position requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to effectively present and promote properties.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation :
- Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels such as online platforms, referrals, tele-calling and direct inquiries
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target demographics.
Client Engagement :
- Initiate contact with potential clients and maintain a database of leads.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and messages.
Property Presentations :
- Present and explain property features, pricing, and other relevant details to potential buyers.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings and site visits.
Sales Support :
- Assist the sales team with the preparation of marketing materials and presentations.
- Provide detailed and accurate information to clients regarding the property and the buying process.
Market Analysis :
- Stay updated on current real estate market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
- Analyze market data to assist in strategic planning and decision-making.
Customer Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Follow up with leads to convert them into potential buyers.
Administrative Duties :
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and sales progress.
Qualifications :
- Education : Minimum 12th Standard/HSC or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Experience : Previous experience in a pre-sales or tele-calling in the real estate industry.
Skills :
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Requirements :
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and property laws.
