Role Description
- To oversee the entire Sales of Commercial segment.
- To define the strategy for penetration and stay ahead of curve in respective market and achieve the revenue targets defined.
- To liaison with the internal and external channel partners/agencies and ensure articulation of Companys desired image and position, to agencies both internal and external.
- Ensure that the Company regularly conducts relevant market research and coordinate and oversee this activity and monitor market trends.
- To review Sales team performance on a daily basis to ensure generation of leads through calls, references and various marketing & promotional measures and to ensure prompt responsiveness on sales enquires so as to maximize sales conversions
- To ensure productivity of the Sales team and provide necessary support in terms of training etc to enhance productivity
- Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the companys marketing and sales strategies for commercial space, communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal. To direct the efforts of the marketing, communications and public relations staff and coordinate at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the company.
- To assess the demand of products and services in the Real estate sector in the micro and macro market and accordingly plan the positioning of products and services offered by the company.
- To ensure effective implementation of Marketing strategies and initiatives to drive sales
Qualifications :
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Experience in commercial real estate sales will be preferred
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Goal-oriented mindset and ability to achieve sales targets
Hunger for sales target achievement
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
