Responsibilities and Duties :
- To generate leads through various ways as designed by the company
- To handle client queries
- To communicate in verbal and written form with clients and company.
- To provide market research and analysis for existing and upcoming real estate development.
- To keep update with existing and new laws related to property dealing and real estate market.
- To generate leads through engagement and other activities.
- To handle market residential & commercial projects.
- To manage database related clients and properties.
- To prepare status report on the deals those which are under various stages of progress.
Role Expected :
- To generate enquiries
- To sell real estate projects to the clients
- To build relationships with clients
- Engage with high net-worth clients by offering professional advice and services
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Graduate with 2+ years of experience in direct sales from any industry.
- Experience in direct sales & B2B marketing.
- Excellent in written and spoken English
