Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an a Pre-Sales / Tele Sales Executive in the real estate industry plays a critical role in supporting the sales team by generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and providing essential information to potential buyers. This position requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to effectively present and promote properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels such as online platforms, referrals, tele-calling and direct inquiries
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target demographics.
- Client Engagement:
- Initiate contact with potential clients and maintain a database of leads.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and messages.
- Property Presentations:
- Present and explain property features, pricing, and other relevant details to potential buyers.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings and site visits.
- Sales Support:
Assist the sales team with the preparation of marketing materials and presentations.
Provide detailed and accurate information to clients regarding the property and the buying process.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on current real estate market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
- Analyze market data to assist in strategic planning and decision-making.
- Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
Follow up with leads to convert them into potential buyers.
- Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.
Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and sales progress.
Qualifications:
Education: Minimum 12th Standard / HSC or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in a pre-sales or tele-calling in the real estate industry.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Additional Requirements:
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and property laws.
