Fairdeal Realtors - Executive - Sales (1-4 yrs)
1. Handle Clients queries and their requirements of Commercial property
2. Sell real estate Commercial properties to Corporate & HNI clients
3. Show client different available option of properties
4. Send proposals to client
5. Build Relationship with HNI & Corporate clients.
6. Go for meetings and inspections with clients
7. Database management related to Clients and Properties.
8. Report on the deals under various stages of progress with their status.
9. Achieve Monthly / Annual Business targets of self and team.
10. Close prospective Clients and ensure Collections.
11. Other ELPC activities
