Role Description :
This is a full-time onsite role for a Presales Executive - Real Estate. The Presales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, communication, sales, and drafting RFPs (Request for Proposals). They will also provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and successful deal closures.
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Minimum experience in a Pre-Sales/tele-sales or related role (From Real Estate Only).
2. Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power
3. Handled Launches including commercial units
4. Generating Leads by making calls, understanding the needs, and inviting the prospect for the Site Visit.
5. Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power
6. Recognize the necessity for real estate investment or purchase, and then inform the potential buyer about properties that fit their expectations and budgets.
7. Processing a thorough awareness of the locations, facilities, connectivity, and configuration.
8. Consistently improving oneself on nearby projects.
9. Inviting potential customers to visit the location. Keeping in contact with potential customers until they decide to purchase the property or visit the site.
10. Pre Sales Executive/Tele-sales. Executives will be responsible for achieving the targets of lead qualification, site visits.
11. Experience in Brand promotion tele calling would be added advantage
12. Should be able to convince the customers by taking them for a virtual site visit of the property.
13. Follow-up and contact prospective buyers directly if a property for sale closely matches their requirements.
