Designation: Asst. Manager Marketing & BTL

Salary- Rs. 30,000- 35,000 monthly.

Job Requirements:

Graduates and undergraduates with 2 years of experience in Real Estate can apply.

Proficiency in English, Hindi and 1 regional language (Verbal & Written). Knowing Gujarati and Sindhi languages will be a benefit.

Candidate between 25- 35 years of age can apply.

Excellent communication skills required.

Immediate joiners would be a benefit.

Job Responsibilities :

Tele-calling - Make calls to potential customers and handle customer queries. Enter and update customer information in database.

CRM Management : Manage and update property details in CRM.

Record Maintaining : Maintain records of communication done with clients into CRM.

Property Listing : Maintain and update listings of available properties on the Real Estate websites.

Database Management : Manage the entire property database.

Newspaper and online checks - Read and check newspaper daily for available properties and record them in CRM. Check available property on different websites as well.

Target Oriented : Achieve monthly / annual calling targets of self.
