Job Summary :
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Manager with a strong focus on content creation and brand development for FAE Bikes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building a cohesive brand identity across social media platforms, crafting compelling content, and engaging with our audience to foster brand loyalty and growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Content Strategy and Creation :
- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the brand's overall goals and objectives.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, video) tailored to various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Brand Development :
- Strengthen the brand's presence and identity across all social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline channels.
Audience Engagement and Growth :
- Engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster relationships with followers, influencers, and other stakeholders to build a loyal brand community.
- Implement strategies to grow the brand's social media following and increase engagement rates.
Campaign Management :
- Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to support brand initiatives, product launches, and other marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
Analytics and Reporting :
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.
- Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and improve overall social media performance.
- Present weekly performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
Trend Monitoring :
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to leverage new features and platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role with a strong focus on content creation and brand development.
Skills :
- Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong visual storytelling abilities with experience in graphic design and video production.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
