Factspan - Inside Sales Role (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and email
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Understanding of Client Landscape, Client Organization, Pain points etc.
- Use an appropriate elevator pitch to enter an account and identify the right contact in every account
- Speedily go through gate keepers via relationship building skills, get a buy-in from multiple decision makers for an audience within a sales representative
- Ask the right questions on outsourcing landscape, uncover any immediate or upcoming business opportunities
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain and expand database of prospects within the assigned territory
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
Qualification & Experience :
- Graduate/Post Graduate
- Proven inside sales experience and should have experience in North American market (US and/or Canada)
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Track record of over-achieving targets
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
