As a Sales and Business Development Associate at FactoryJet, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and cultivating relationships with large enterprises.
Key responsibilities :
1. Prospect, identify, and secure new business opportunities within the enterprise sector
2. Identify and reach out to companies that are looking for eCommerce solutions to launch their online store.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
4. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' challenges and objectives
5. Present FactoryJet's solutions and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services
6. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets
7. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of solutions.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
Requirements :
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of selling to medium to large enterprises.
2. Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
3. Experience selling technology products and solutions is essential
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts effectively.
5. Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
6. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven by achievement
7. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
8. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
