We are looking for a passionate Zonal Manager with a strong background in sales and team management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth across a specified region and must have prior experience in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the region.
- Maintain relationships with key clients and develop new business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to adapt strategies as needed.
- Ensure the team provides excellent customer service and client management.
- Achieve revenue and profitability targets for the region.
- Frequent travel within the assigned zone to manage operations and meet clients.
Requirement :
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year of experience managing a team.
- Relevant B2B experience mandatory
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the zone.
- Four-wheeler ownership and a valid driver's license are mandatory.
- Must be able to join within 15 days.
- Male candidates preferred for this position due to role requirements.
