Primary Roles and Responsibilities :
- Set up Sales and Marketing Process
- Set up Sales Funnel
- Prospecting customers
- Handle Customer queries and concerns
- Manage followup calls and emails with customers
- Co-ordinate with production and operation teams and ensure adherence of deadlines
- Maintain and improve relationships with customers
Skills Required :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Excel and CRM tools
Experience :
Minimum 1 year of Sales experience is mandatory.
