Job Description :
Opportunity: Key Accounts Specialist
Education: Graduation is a must.
Key responsibilities :
- Develop the business towards the projected growth ethically, timely and economically in consultation with your respective manager.
- Develop and nurture a strong relationship with Clients.
- Manage the existing portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success as well as acquire new Key accounts.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
- Supervise key accounts to ensure sales increase.
- Report on the status of key accounts.
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Responsible for increasing the portfolio base in terms of revenue.
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Responsible for increasing the portfolio base in terms of revenue.
- Should be open to work in Client Acquisition and relationship building.
- Good Excel and PowerPoint Presentation Skills required.
- Comfortable to work Off-Site (Field) for business alliance and acquisitions
