First things first, some baseline key responsibilities to get you started-
- Identifying the potential corporate clients to generate revenue through B2B sales
- Acquiring and retaining new corporate clients in the business
- Pitching about our SAAS based product & generating business from Corporate Clients/SMEs
- Understanding the business flow of the market and cross-selling hotels across India
- Building a strong network of corporate clients across the region Now, since you are clear on the job responsibilities, let's look at the key skills you must have to deliver the above.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in B2B and Corporate Sales
- Good Communication and Negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region
- Ability to take end to end ownership
- Driven by working hard, being challenged in a fast-paced environment, and having fun while doing so
- Can-do attitude and passion for self-learning in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, output-driven, and diligent individual
- Proactive delivery attitude, willingness to stretch and do whatever is required with a hands-on can-do approach
- Highly passionate, motivated, and dynamic individual willing to work in an independent
high-growth environment
