FabHotels - Inside Sales Specialist (1-5 yrs)

For Sales:

- This opening is basically for Telesales process (inbound/outbound) where the agent has to call/receive customers and sell/upsell our different hotel rooms to the customers

- Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email

- Knowledge of CZentrix and booking creation will add an advantage

Location - Gurgaon, Udyog Vihar

Shifts:

Male - Multiple Shifts available like 1 pm to 10 pm, 3 pm - 12 am, 4 pm- 1 am, 5 pm- 2 am etc (Night allowances will be given to the night shifts people)

Female - 8 am to 5 pm, 9 am to 6 pm etc (No Night shifts for female)

Openings - 10- for different processes like Outbound Sales/Inbound Sales/Inside Sales, Customer service, Feedback & Escalations, Inventory etc.

Requirements:

1. Min 1 year of experience in Sales/Customer Service/Query solving/telesales/outbound sales/Inbound etc

2. Excellent English communication skills

3. Self-starter
