FabHotel - Assistant Manager - Demand Generation (2-5 yrs)
We are looking for a demand enabler to drive revenue via OTA channels.
- Revenue and OTA team must always be up to date to set optimum strategy to boost occupancy and revenue at property-level
- Develop, monitor, and adjust sales and pricing strategies
- Conduct competitive and demand analysis
- Maintain distribution channel data integrity.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel.
- Provide critical analysis of strategies, room's statistics and demand factors
- Create scalable solutions to grow further and honour revenue targets assigned,
- Implement revenue management strategies and processes, in order to optimize and maximize its revenues
- Total Revenue and Target driven role with Decent OTA understanding
Location : Delhi NCR(HO)
Qualifications : 0-2 years experience, from Tier 1,2 colleges
- Good knowledge of Advance Excel
- Analytical Profile
- Good Business understanding and problem-solving acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with high ownership
- Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines and targets
