Senior Sales & Business Development Manager/Sales Head
Key Responsibilities :
We are looking for a Leader to head our Education Division and attract institutional project Pan India. The individual must be able to manage projects from the initial client brief to the final stages of closure.
- As Senior Manager - Sales and Business Development/Sales Head, you will act as a rainmaker for our organization. The goal is to attract new projects and promote existing projects to gather references with further optimization and increase profit margin while reducing costs for the company. You are expected to be a strategic communicator with excellent written communication skills and a good understanding of appropriate personalization for different groups. You will need to familiarize yourself with the processes and use your judgment to engage appropriately.
- Leading a team of up to 10 supervisors and 40 Team Members across locations.
- Focus on handling large accounts and expanding them. This would be very critical to build a scalable and profitable business and developing recurring revenue streams.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and prospective vendors and customers
- Responsible for the execution of strategies discussed and finalized with the Board for increasing sales potential in Residential and Commercial Projects.
- Responsible for coordinating with Design, Architect, Project, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth delivery of the projects.
- Explore channel partners in these geos and build synergies that can expand the business
- Lead Sales and Marketing Team from the Front end and ensure transparency to avoid gaps and delays in process optimization.
- Responsible for the Overall Sales Target of the organization
- Retain existing Clientele by providing the best experience possible.
Desired Profile :
- The successful candidate shall be an energetic, effective, self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills who can excel in an international sales environment.
- Hands-on experience with CRM Management and Software Application Handling
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Technologically advanced and oriented. Must have an above-average computer and technical skills to be able to engage with customers and internal teams with the product/project
- Customer service oriented and organized.
- The proven ability to convince, sell and or engage customers.
- Must have a natural ability to engage in business relationships.

- Travelling is a must requirement with Allowance provided by the company
