Fabbox - Area Manager - Sales - FMCG Vertical (1-3 yrs)
Fabbox is looking for a talented Area Sales Manager ( FMCG) to join our growing family! Zeal for start-up culture is a must.
CTC:3,00,000- 4,20,000
Location: Mumbai
RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Team handling of promoters and supervisors at various stores within a region. (Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore)
2. Responsible for managing and increasing the store's sales.
3. Maintaining a good relationship with the stores at all levels.
4. Responsible for the P&L of the channel of sales.
5. Oversee onboarding tasks as needed for new sales employees.
6. Plan and execute sales meetings to help provide feedback and sales insights.
REQUIREMENTS :
1. Strong communication skills.
2. Proven sales experience and knowledge.
3. Willingness to travel regularly.
4. Notable interpersonal skills with the ability to provide positive as well as negative feedback effectively.
