FabAlley - Senior Performance Marketing Manager (3-10 yrs)
Role Objective : Be the senior leader managing HSE's Facebook and Google campaigns, as well as SEO, SEM, target setting, budgeting, ads spends management, stock analysis (Return & bestseller etc.), ideation of ad creatives, liaison with tech team, etc.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive revenue through optimising and maximising our Google and Facebook ads strategy. Optimise for low CPMs & CPC along with high conversion.
- Leading a high-performing team to create and implement strategic marketing initiatives across search and other ad channels.
- Take total ownership of online revenue and spend management. Accountable for delivering targets
- To build the right offers to suit the - target customers profile- and maximize sell through by pushing sales and profit opportunities.
- Optimise Website & App Checkout funnel.
- Oversee email marketing, SEO and marketing automation strategy.
- Manage Google Analytics to track and measure all marketing campaigns.
- Analytical mindset to be able to support business needs. Reacting to sales analysis and formulate strategy to maximize sales.
- Developing a culture of structured experimentation and measured risk taking to drive growth.
- Regularly review multi-channel analytics reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website, Blog) and recommend optimisation action plans to sales and marketing teams.
- Conduct regular conversion rate optimisation audits and execute A/B tests to improve conversion rates across the brands digital channels and assets.
Capabilities :
- Strong experience in planning & execution for performance-based campaigns in a D2C brand or product centric brand, with over 1 - 2 Cr in spends.
- Hands on experience on all major paid platforms - Facebook ads manager, Google AdWords (Search, Display, YouTube), Tiktok Ads, Snapchat etc.
- Good to have: experience on any programmatic platform.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with proven ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results
- Good problem-solving skills to break the KPIs with First principles thinking and find the root cause of traffic hits/misses + areas of opportunity for growth experiments
- Strong analytical capabilities and data-first approach to culling out key insights and take informed business decisions
- Fantastic attitude to learn and adapt, and experiment with new strategies.
