FabAlley - Manager - Sales & Marketing - eCommerce (3-6 yrs)
- Role Objective : We are looking for someone who can lead the day-to-day marketplace operations, updates, post listings, promotions, merchandising, and performance and be responsible for overall P&L
Key Responsibilities :
- Brand lead for domestic and international marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio.
- Channel Management - Monitor overall account health, P&L and key metrics across all platforms.
- Serve as a liaison with various marketplace teams regarding new product launches and advertising opportunities.
- Understand competitor's strategies on to ensure own brand's growth.
- Ensure the discount parity across all channels.
- Strategize the special collection launch across the channels.
- Coordinate with operations team for timely dispatch of articles.
- Ensure the stock efficiency and analyse the sell through of the categories.
- Provide campaign updates and ensure that our partners requirements are met.
- Adept at using tools and techniques to manage reviews and ratings and to keep a high sentiment score across categories.
- Take ownership of Product Cataloguing and Listing Quality across multiple sales channels.
- Quick response management and communication with Marketplace Seller Support for faster resolution of listing, inventory, and account issues.
- Coordinating with the Logistics team for Marketplace Seller Rating.
- Review invoices and ensure full coordination with finance team for any pending payments.
Candidature
- 4-6 years of relevant exposure in working at similar roles across ecommerce set ups, selling or working with Amazon (India and/or global) would be preferred.
- The candidate should have exposure in e-commerce Catalogue Management and Listing quality improvement, Content curation and data analysis tools to identify and solve business problems business development.
- Must have handled Channel Management and communication with Seller Support.
- Prior experience in working with an e-commerce start-up is preferred.
- Must have good negotiation skills
- Ability to multi-task and deliver timely results under pressure.
- Should have exposure of working on D2C (Direct to Consumer)/B2C (Business to Consumer) brands E-commerce websites
