Key Responsibilities :

- Identify, build and maintain working relationships with prominent fashion influencers for barter and paid campaigns.

- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns around brand calendars.

- Competitive benchmarking around influencer activations to maintain maximum share of voice for the brand on social media.

- Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns.

- Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers.

Candidature :

- Good negotiation skills to ensure maximum ROI for the budgets.

- Should have 2-3 years of experience in working with fashion and beauty influencers across tiers Category A+, A, B and Micro

- Should understand the nuances of working with influencers on different platforms Instagram, YouTube

- Excellent communication skills

- Extremely confident and take-charge personality

- Bachelors/PG in marketing
