FabAlley - Executive - Social Media (1-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, ideate, develop and execute content for our social media channels keeping in mind the distinct content formats of each platform
- Work with the creative teams to ensure the content is engaging, informative and appealing
- Manage day-to-day content posting with effective tags
- Organize and maintain social media plans and calendars, with posts drafted and scheduled for future publication
- Ensure all content is on-brand and consistent in terms of tone of voice and quality
- Find and manage fashion and beauty bloggers & influencers to associate with on a monthly basis.
- Stay up to date with latest social media trends and best practices. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and giveaways.
- Listen and respond to our social media audience and engage them effectively
- Assist with special projects and campaigns as they arise by bringing to the table creative ideas and execute them flawlessly
- Write or edit social media captions and include trending hashtags
Requirements :
- 1+ years of agency/brand experience in handling social media for a lifestyle brand. Work experience with a fashion/beauty brand is preferred.
- Love for the ever-evolving world of digital media
- Passion and understanding of the millennial woman's fashion and skincare needs
- Excellent story-telling skills that bring ideas to life
- The ability to multi-task and complete assignments accurately and on time
- The cross-functional nature of the role requires you to be team player with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
