FabAlley - Brand Manager (4-7 yrs)
Role Objective :
- Develop and execute marketing strategy that increases brand identity and its essence and culture to acquire more quality customers and enhance sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive marketing efforts through ATL, Digital and BTL brand campaigns & initiatives; thereby generating buzz and enhancing recall for the brands
- Develop and implement a brand positioning, language and image for both brands, to be communicated consistently across all touch-points
- Perform regular Competitor analysis along with monitoring brand health and brand share
- Needs to be well-versed with Offline and Digital Media Planning and Buying
- Collaborate and support the sales team to achieve their targets through effective marketing initiatives
- Conduct thorough market research on both brands periodically, with both offline and online customers
- Strategize, plan and execute marketing projects to engage FabAlley and Indya's customers effectively
- Manage creative agencies, pr agencies and media buying agencies and collaborate closely as strategic partners
- Perform regular analysis of the brand health, efficacy of previous campaigns and devise a data-driven approach to future marketing campaigns
Candidature :
- An MBA with Marketing specialization is a must
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant marketing experience across a broad background (sales promotion, advertising agency, brand management).
- Experience in defining the brand strategy for a global or national brand & leading the execution across multiple consumer touch points.
- A deep knowledge of the creative process with hands-on experience.
- Passionate about creating structure & processes that support the development of amazing work in a creative environment.
- Forward thinking & the ability to foster innovation & creativity, while also maintaining a clear sense of business objectives.
- Extraordinary communication & relationship skills including the ability to collaborate cross-functionally both up & down within the organization.
- Ability to continuously re-prioritize & adapt to change & effective at managing change.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to distil insights & propose relevant recommendations.
- Driven leader who approaches things with a sense of urgency.
- Able to handle ambiguity with grace.
