Key Responsibilities

Google Ads Management :

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and video ads.

- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to enhance campaign performance.

- Monitor key metrics like CTR, CPC, and conversion rates to maximize ROI.

Facebook Ads Management :

- Create, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.

- Design audience-targeting strategies using demographic and behavioral data.

- Analyze ad performance and implement improvements for better reach and engagement.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) :

- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

- Optimize website content, metadata, and structure to improve search engine rankings.

- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush.

- Stay updated with algorithm changes and implement best practices for SEO.

Social Media Management :

- Create and post engaging images, graphics, and captions across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn).

- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and interact with the audience to boost engagement.

- Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing content.

Analytics and Reporting :

- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.

- Prepare detailed reports on ad performance, website traffic, and social media engagement.

- Use insights to recommend improvements and inform future strategies.

Collaboration and Coordination :

- Work closely with content creators and designers to produce cohesive marketing materials.

- Collaborate with other departments to align campaigns with business objectives.

Key Skills and Competencies .

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics.

- Strong knowledge of SEO techniques, including on-page and off-page optimization.

- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools like Canvas or Adobe Creative Suite.

- Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and time-management skills.

- Creativity and attention to detail in designing social media posts.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.

- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or SEO (preferred).
