F22 Labs - Sales Development Role (1-4 yrs)

The Role
As our SDR, you'll be the first point of contact with potential clients, setting the stage for successful business relationships. You'll master a three-channel approach combining LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach to connect with decision-makers and generate quality meetings for our business development team.
What You'll Do :
LinkedIn Mastery (40% of role) :
- Research and identify high-potential prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Create and optimize your LinkedIn presence to build credibility
- Execute targeted connection requests with personalized messages
- Share relevant content to build visibility and credibility
- Engage with prospects' content to nurture relationships
- Monitor and track LinkedIn engagement metrics
- Build and maintain a strong network within our target industries
- Set up and manage LinkedIn automation tools for efficient outreach
- Create and optimize automated workflows while maintaining a personal touch
Strategic Email Campaigns (30% of role) :
- Craft compelling, personalized email sequences
- Write attention-grabbing, witty emails that stand out in crowded inboxes
- Design creative subject lines and copy that drive high open and response rates
- Sync LinkedIn connections with email campaigns for consistent follow-up
- A/B test email content and subject lines to optimize response rates
- Track email metrics and refine approaches based on data
- Maintain a clean and organized email database
Effective Cold Calling (20% of role) :
- Convert LinkedIn connections into phone conversations
- Execute strategic cold calls to key decision-makers
- Handle objections professionally and confidently
- Follow up on warm leads from LinkedIn and email engagement
- Record detailed notes of all conversations in CRM
- Maintain detailed interaction records in CRM for seamless follow-ups Analytics and Reporting (10% of role)
- Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Develop dashboards to track KPIs across all channels
- Track and report on key metrics across all channels
- Analyze conversion rates at each stage of outreach
- Provide insights on what's working and what needs adjustment
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Create weekly and monthly performance reports
What You'll Bring :
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to write engaging, response-generating copy
- Advanced understanding of CRM systems and best practices
- Experience with LinkedIn automation tools and Sales Navigator
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage complex follow-up schedules
- Resilient attitude and ability to handle rejection professionally
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Technical Proficiency :
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn automation tools (e.g., Phantombuster, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Advanced CRM knowledge with ability to customize views, reports, and workflows
- Experience with email automation platforms
- Understanding of sales and marketing automation principles
- Ability to work with technical teams to implement automation solutions
Organization and Follow-up Skills :
- Exceptional ability to maintain organized prospect lists
- Strong system for tracking and executing timely follow-ups
- Experience creating and maintaining follow-up schedules
