Ezyhaul - Manager - Business Development (2-7 yrs)
Multiple City : Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad
Work with the internal team, marketing team, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for their organization. To achieve this, they need to find potential new customers, present them, ultimately convert them into clients, and continue to grow business in the future.
They will also help manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive. Schedule calls with the clients, often being required to make presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict their clients- future needs.
Responsibilities and Duties
- New Business Development
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging network.
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Research and build relationships with new clients.Participate in pricing the solution/service.
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders/Principals.
- Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- Must coordinate with finance team for payment & collection.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Must-have Skills: Sales, Revenue, Business Development
Preferred Skills: Logistics or Supply Chain or Transportation or 3pl
Experience: 4-6 years.
Qualifications: Any Graduate major qualification in Marketing
