EzSwype Business Solutions - Regional Head - Sales (7-10 yrs)
Essential Role and Responsibilities:
- Strong work ethic and ability to create a team of enthusiastic business development team
- Develop and execute region specific monthly sales plans to achieve the sales targets
- Introduce products to markets & Strong territory knowledge
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through team and develop the lead base
- Market Share Augmentation via. Institutional Sales, Project Sales,
- Responsible for gathering weekly/ monthly reports
- Creating effective plans for Business to achieve revenue/ margin targets for individuals,
- Create a strong funnel creation program every month for corporate enterprise business
- Create relationships and bring new business from Cooperative bank segment.
- Have a strong leadership quality to mentor sales team and keep them motivated.
- Adapt to change management
- Strong understanding about competition strategy and market intelligence
- Sales Activity Plan- Territory and Tactical
- Publishing Productivity reports
- Ensure Quality of acquisition i.e Create Revenue generating customers
- Ensure that the churn rate is < 10% of the total acquisition base
